Promoting educational robotics & STEM for a better world for all through digital inclusion.

Cosmote is one of the first companies to systematically invest in the dissemination of educational robotics and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) educational methodology in Greek schools, over the past 10 years.

The company has implemented a series of actions, in partnership with the not-for-profit organization for educational robotics and science "WRO Hellas” as well as “STEM Education”, contributing to the development of digital skills of over 330,000 children and teachers directly or indirectly.

Cosmote enables the culture of digital skills by supporting the National Educational Robotics Competition for kindergarten, primary, junior high and high school students, that to this day counts more than 53.000 participations.

More than 53,000 kids have taken part so far.

Additionally, Cosmote provided free educational robotics seminars to over 15,800 teachers and offered over 1.150 educational robotics kits to schools across the country.
Lastly, Cosmote supported 15 of the teams that participated in the World Robot Olympiad.

At the same time, Cosmote created two feature films on educational robotics, “Robogirl” and “The Real Robokids”, which have contributed significantly to the dissemination of STEM & robotics topics to children and teenagers in the country. These films count more than 7.5 million views on youtube.
